George Lopez: America's Mexican

  • Mood:
  • Music: Rockin to the 70s: Janice Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Steppenwolf and more

I have been watching this special since Sunday on Comedy Central.  Let me tell you, the older he gets the funnier he gets.  I guess part of the reason it's funny is because he talks about our culture and things that matter to latinos.  I was laughing my ass off or like he said LMAO (an acronym that I just found out what it stands for).  Of the whole special, the comedy bits that stood out the most for me was how american's assume that we are all from Mexico.  "What part of Mexico are your ancestors from?"  "Los Angeles Bitch!"  he replies.  Another acronym that I think I'm going to be using a lot now is FTP.  For those computer geeks that recognize this acronym it's not what you think it means...at least not to George Lopez; FTP: Fuck That Puto! He used it appropriately towards the president and the governor of California.   But of all of those the most hilarious was his Schwartzenegger bit.  He imitated him so acurately it was hilarious.
