Sooooooo, this long weekend sucked!  I did nothing, wasn't invited anywhere, didn't get to see any of my friends, talked to no one important on the phone...I literally did nothing...and the sad part is that I was open to the idea of doing something even if it meant just going to the park and sitting around looking at the waves come in (I would never have the guts to go do that on my own...I need reinforcement.)  You know, Memorial Day Weekend implies that you're going to have a lot of fun during that long week but it never makes any promises...and that sucked.  Oh, wait, I did manage to get some shopping in for a couple hours on Sunday but that wasn't good enough for a three day weekend.  You wanna know the most interesting part of my weekend?  On Saturday  I watched a couple hours worth of a documentary on FDR!  Did you know that he was crippled before his first term as president?  It was fascinating but I would have skipped it if I had been invited somewhere.

This weekend was lame!
